Setting Project # Range

Superusers can follow these steps to set the next Project number in your sequence. This is particularly useful at the end of the year if you’d like new Project numbers to reflect the upcoming year (e.g., start with 25 instead of 24).

1. Navigate to Menu > Admin Options
2. Open Project # Setup
3. Enter the next Project number(s) in the range*
4. Click Save

*Please Note: If you have multiple number ranges, the system will check to ensure you don’t duplicate an existing Project number. We recommend avoiding numbers that are too close to those in another range.
