You can now group DMG requests within a Job using the Groups feature. This allows for clearer organisation, versioning, or splitting tasks by function or team. Groups can be managed either directly within a Job, or via the DMG Control page. Each Group header shows the number of requests it contains and how many are marked as complete.
Create a New DMG Group:
- Open a Job > DMG tab or select a Job from the DMG Control View
- Click + Add New Group
- Enter a Group Title
- Click OK – the new group will appear below existing Groups
DMG Group Actions:
Action | Description |
---|---|
Collapse/Expand | Collapse or expand Groups to tidy the page. The state will be remembered if you close and reopen the Job. The Group header shows the total number of requests and how many are complete |
Move Up/Down | Reorder Groups using the up/down arrows to suit your preferred layout |
Rename | Simply type over the current Group name, changes will be saved immediately |
Add Request | Add a new DMG Request into this Group |
Delete | Deleting a Group will not delete the DMG requests - they will be moved to the first available Group All DMG requests are now in a Group by default. You cannot delete the last remaining Group on a Job |
