Login Method | By default, CETA login requires username and case-sensitive password to be entered. We also offer a variety of authentication methods within iCFM:
|
Two-Factor Authentication | You can enable Two-Factor logins using a tool like Google Authenticator. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), is an extra layer of security used to make sure that people trying to gain access to an online account are who they say they are.synchronisation |
Forgotten Password | If a user forgets their password they can request a new one by clicking the "Forgotten Password" link located on the login screen. They will be asked to enter their registered email address, and will then be sent a link to create a new password.builtbuilt |
Maximum Login Attempts | A user has ten attempts to enter their password correctly. This limit can be changed on request. Once a user exceeds the number of attempted logins, their account will become "locked" which will require unlocking by an administrator. |
Automatic Account Lock | If a user has not logged in for 30 days, their account will be locked to prevent them from logging in. The number of days can be changed on request. Once locked, an account can then be unlocked by an administrator only. This offers some added protection in the event that users are left active in iCFM after they leave the business. |
