Sometimes Artists may do additional work, or work on a Job that wasn't originally Scheduled. If you want to allow the Artists to submit hours for unscheduled Jobs, you will need to set up the 'Add Time' feature in the Artist Portal.
How to set up Add Time for Resources (For Producers):
- Create a iCFM User profile for each artist by going to Menu > Admin Options > User Information > Click search, click Add at the top right of the page
- You'll need to enter in all the information on the left-hand column and then make you sure to set a Security Template which is CETA Artists
- Please ensure that the following permissions have been 'Approved' in the Artist Permissions Group
- /addServiceToResource
- /applyActualTimes
- /saveJob
- /saveJobNotes
- /saveJobSchedule
- Click on the Generate API Access Token and copy the generated code to your clipboard
- Paste this into the Resource Profile in the API Access Token field (blue button with exclamation point on the schedule to get to resource profiles)
- Make sure you save the User Profile AND Resource Profile
- This is a repeat process for each artist you'd like to have this feature
