We have created Artist Access as a new application for Artists, and also introduced some major related changes to iCFM itself. These updates introduce new features and improvements to existing functionality to enable better management of Artist working hours and rates, resulting in more accurate forecasting of costs. The new Artist Access application enables Artists to manage their own schedules - ie completing actual hours, and adding Jobs (where unscheduled work has been completed), ensuring utilisation data is as accurate as possible. Below, you'll find descriptions and links to user guides for each of the new tools or areas of our software that have been updated.
iCFM: Artist Contracts
The biggest new addition to iCFM is Artist Contracts. Contracts provide the ability to record Artist day rates (regular, overtime & weekend) for a given date range. It is possible to add multiple Contracts, ensuring that the Artist rates (therefore costs) are as accurate as possible, for any time period.
Learn about the different types of Contracts you can create for Artists, tailored to various Job roles and conditions. This includes step-by-step instructions on adding and customising Artist Contracts.
iCFM: Changes to Existing Processes
Detailed instructions for Producers on how to record actuals for a Job, ensuring accurate Project forecasting.
iCFM: Artist Access Configuration
Generate and manage login details for Artists and configure various items for the Artist Access application itself.

- Artist Access Admin Page
- Show Additional Services in Artist Access
- Show Special Projects in Artist Access
Artist Access: Guides for Artists
The new Artist Access application replaces Artist Portal, and provides a new interface for Artists to log in and manage their Jobs. The links below are written for Artists to give an introduction to Artist Access, outlining the features and functionalities for Artists including adding, editing and completing Jobs.

- Edit a Job in Artist Access
- Add a Job in Artist Access
- Complete a Job in Artist Access
Please Note: Unlike typical iCFM updates, we will be deploying Artist Access to our clients one at a time. If you have already expressed interest we will be contacting you soon to arrange a staging site which will give you the opportunity to test Artist Access on a copy of your own data before switching over.
