You will only be able to edit the Custom Rate and the Custom Description of a Custom Rate Card item. The rest of the details are taken from your normal Rate Card. Any changes to other fields such as Status and Unit must be changed by following the steps to Edit Rate Card.
- Menu > Admin Options
- Custom Rate Cards
- Click on the Description or Custom Rate you want to edit (displayed in blue)
- A pop-up will open
- Enter the new detail
- Click OK
- The new description or rate will be saved immediately
- If you updated the Custom Rate, the discount applied will update on the screen
Please Note: Changes to Rates will not change affect current Projects.
