Reset a Users Login Credentials

If a User has forgotten their Password, they can use the Forgotten Password option on the log-in screen. This will send a Temporary Password to the Users email address. We recommend that they then reset their password using the below steps:

1. Log in using the Temporary Password
2. Open Menu > Reset Password
3. The Profile Editor will open on the right of the page
4. Enter a new Password into the Change Password section
5. Click Save
6. Use your new Password when you next Log in

If a User cannot remember their Username you can find this in their User page, and provide this to the User who can then use the above instructions to reset their password.

All Users Sign In Activity and Password Activity are tracked and displayed on a User Page and will show when a User enters invalid login details or has requested new password.
